If you recieve a product that has a defect of any kind, you can reach out to us with a picture of your item and we will provide you with a new product, free. If you would like to recieve a refund instead, read below for our returns and refunds policy.

These products are made for you, so if you are not satisfied with the product you recieve, we will issue a refund. After recieving your order, you have 30 days to return your item and request a refund. A return label will be provided to you. Simply send us an email with a photo of the product and we will take care of the refund from there.
