Please note that because we make items to order, order processing takes between 3-5 business days, afterwhich orders will be promptly shipped out.

Shipping within Canada takes anywhere from 1-8 business days.

Shipping to USA takes anywhere from 2-9 business days

A tracking number for shipments is provided via email immediately after items are shipped.

If your item arrived damaged, there's no issue at all. Please contact our support email here with a picture of the item, for either a refund or a replacement.

If you wish to return your order, for whatever reason, you can contact our support email. A return label will be provided to you and you can return the item back to us. In that case, we will issue a refund for the item purchased.

No problem! Just send our support email a message with your correct address and we'll fix that for you.

First, check if the address you inputted is correct. Once the item is shipped, it is handled by Canada Post. It is possible that your item was delivered to your neighbour or the wrong address. Please contact your local Canada Post fulfillment center to find out the details of your package. Once the package is delivered, it is in the hands of Canada Post.

The designs on our clothes are made using eco-pigments that use up less energy and less water waste. We believe in zero-waste and therefore we do not mass produce our products. We make them to order for each of our customers.

Finding the right size can be difficult, especially online. We have created a size chart that can be found on each product page. It will help you find the perfect size for the fit that you want.
